Hi, I’m Darrien

I’m the coach behind Wildhaven Fitness - a CrossFit athlete, an outdoors lover, and someone who learned strength by rebuilding myself one step at a time.

For years, fitness felt intimidating and overwhelming. Everything changed when I stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on movement that made me feel grounded, capable, and connected to myself again.

Wildhaven Fitness came from that shift. It’s a space where real people can build strength without burnout, learn simple and sustainable nutrition, and feel supported every step of the way.

What I believe in :
